Goal is to bring the good new of Christ to Tibet. The last frontier, Tibet can be considered the final country in which the gospel has not been preached. They are under the very oppressive rule of Communist
China and are under religious control of Buddhism. All missionaries agree that it is the most difficult mission field in the world.
Currently, with only 0.02% of the population calling themselves Christians, there are almost no Christians in Tibet. In addition there are no protestant churches.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up the beautiful land of Tibet and its people into Your loving hands. Lord, we ask for Your divine presence to be felt throughout the region, bringing peace, hope, and the love of Christ to every soul.
Father, we pray that You open the hearts of the Tibetan people to receive Your love and truth. Let Your Holy Spirit move powerfully among them, breaking down any barriers and filling their hearts with the knowledge of Your grace and salvation.
In Tibet, the religious landscape is also challenging for Christians. The region is predominantly Buddhist, and there are very few Christian communities. Most religious activity is closely monitored by Chinese authorities, making it difficult for Christian Missionary to operate openly.
Tibetan Spring
In the silence of the mountains, where prayer flags fly,
We lift our voices, Lord, hear our cry.
Let Your Holy Spirit flow through this sacred land,
Bringing peace and comfort with Your gentle hand.
